Pixar has released a beautiful theatrical poster for their upcoming film, Luca showcasing the secret which lies just below the surface — there are sea monsters among us. In addition to this incredible character sneak peek, Pixar revealed that the first trailer for Luca will be released tomorrow February 25, 2021.
We love that this incredible poster highlights the character’s transformation between the human world and that of being a sea creature when submerged underwater. The storyline and character arcs that are bound to happen have our full attention and we cannot wait to see the first trailer tomorrow!
SYNOPSIS
Set in a beautiful seaside town on the Italian Riviera, Disney and Pixar’s original feature film Luca is a coming-of-age story about one young boy experiencing an unforgettable summer filled with gelato, pasta, and endless scooter rides. Luca shares these adventures with his newfound best friend, but all the fun is threatened by a deeply-held secret: they are sea monsters from another world just below the water’s surface. During their fun-filled summer, the duo, who appear human on dry land, befriend a human girl along the way.
