From the opening guitar notes of Ride you can feel the gritty sounds of Gary Clark Jr.’s signature rock/blues tone, followed quickly by the gripping vocals of ZZ Ward. The song is our first sample of the overall feel of the Cars 3 soundtrack, which will be a blend of rock/pop songs paired with the score of Randy Newman (similar to the Cars soundtrack).
